Critch loves wingers. Obvs every manager has his own ideas but one thing I thought Beale did well was make us narrower and thus more solid - we used to be so easy to cut through, one speculative ball over the top and more often than not it was a goal against us but he largely stopped that. Personally I prefer in the modern game full backs charging forward down the wings and play with a couple of Number 10s in free roles. Think it suits us much better. But we seem to be going back to a bit of old skool tactics.
