I'd get as much dough as we can for Chair and Willock and re-build a proper side so we don't have to rely on playing 2 wingers, 2 wing backs and/or a floating second striker when no-one at the club knows how the formation works.
Back to basics...4-4-2

Back to basics...4-4-2 Youre right, no one seems to know how to play it. I doubt very much I could coach it but it’s easy to see it doesn’t work. Maybe the missing bit is not having a CF who can hold the ball up and get the support in the game. |

Looks to me like he is lazy and one of the players affected by Wart face going. Clearly putting in half arsed performances since the re start and playing at half pace when on the pitch. |

Dont think we’re going get a penny for Willock and even if we did it won’t be half as much as fans expect. Something not quite right with him. Tend to agree. Find the judgement of the fanbase odd sometimes. He is one of those players who can do no wrong. But he appears to be running down his contract and going thru the motions just like Bright, who got pelters, but Willock is never called out on it and journos don’t question our revolving door of managers about it. |

Everyone in this team is replaceable but Johansen being out has proved how important he is IMO.
Critchley has got a rebuild on his hands and I think Beale knew it as well.
