Juventus and Borussia Dortmund are tracking Tim Iroegbunam, it has been claimed.
Teamtalk claim the two clubs are showing an interest in the midfielder, who is on loan at QPR from Aston Villa.

The website reckon Dortmund have identified the “rarely seen” Iroegbunam as a possible “successor” to England star Jude Bellingham at the German club.

Left-back Alex Cochrane is again being linked with QPR.
Cochrane was touted for a move last year, when he was on loan at Hearts from Brighton. The R’s showed no real interest in signing him.
He subsequently joined Hearts on a permanent deal and is being touted for a return to England now the transfer window has opened.

Hes scored 6 league goals in 60+ games in the past two and a half seasons. Not overly concerned. They have lots more options than we do so I can see why he’s maybe not getting loads of game time. He’s not a prolific scorer but I’ve said so many times we don’t actually need an out and out goal scorer. We need someone who’s going to be more than a statue, someone who’s a bully and someone who can pull defenders about and isn’t soft as shit. We need to recruit properly in the summer for sure but if there’s not much available in Jan we could do a lot worse imho |

Not overly concerned. They have lots more options than we do so I can see why he’s maybe not getting loads of game time. He’s not a prolific scorer but I’ve said so many times we don’t actually need an out and out goal scorer. We need someone who’s going to be more than a statue, someone who’s a bully and someone who can pull defenders about and isn’t soft as shit. We need to recruit properly in the summer for sure but if there’s not much available in Jan we could do a lot worse imho Good post. |

The vast majority of those appearances have come late in games. I’m just trying to be realistic as it’s January and a decent option won’t be easy to come by. We absolutely should have sorted this in the summer but we didn’t so we are where we are. Every time I’ve seen barnes he’s been a handful and is night and day to dykes. It’s only a short term option until the summer. Hopefully the club have other targets but if we do end up with barnes on a short loan I won’t be upset with it |

In answer to the question do we need a big man up top we’ll answer is very much down to how you want to play. nice to have the option of someone big and awkward if needed (maybe not every game but option is there). Would I want CF all the size of chair? No but again nice have someone quick and nippy if they can put ball in the net.
Balance of squad is my answer. So yes I think we do need a big man to compliment rest of squad.

Any good? i've always liked him. he was a winger converted into a striker at wigan and swansea. he was excellent at swansea and scored something like 15 goals for them. pacey, hard working and skillfull. his playstyle is a bit like thierry henry albeit no where near as good obviously lol. i'd be very happy with him up top with chair and willock playing off of him. |

Jamal. He play a bit but again, he is not really a striker. You need a goal every couple of games, and like others mentioned he's been nowhere near that throughout his career.
One year one week and counting (and that's being very generous) and we're still pissing in the wind.
