Clearly a talent. He has a lovely touch. And offers so much protecting the football. Masterful in the middle third of the pitch. But he's so one footed, which need not be a problem, and rarely produces a killer pass. Dead balls? Oy. Several killer passes yesterday. Good corners too. And worked the ball onto his left several times too. You love to see it.

yes i do believe this season will be his breakout. he made mistakes last year but despite those he did a stellar job of replacing eze all things considered.
pre season he's looked very very sharp. he's linking up much better than before and is releasing the ball at the right times rather than holding it for too long, plus he's getting into dangerous positions much better.
he and willock both look ready to drag us into the playoffs imo but i think chair will score at least 10 goals across the league.

Great goal he scored at Cambridge. Very confident and clinical finish.

He needs to continue to drive in behind and take the ball on the half turn a bit more but this could (should?) be his best season for us. Took way to long to get an assist last season so let's hope for better this season.

He’s clearly got it, it’s applying it that needs improvement - pre-season signs are good though. Moving around in tandem with Willock looks a good tactic. Tough to keep that tempo up for a whole season.

His goal today was nothing short of fantastic
Ive watched it six times and it reminds me of Adel Tarrabt
This is the biggest compliment i can give this player
We are a different team when he is pulling the strings
Chair and Willock are the next 10 million pound players
Hopefully they will not be sold yet

He needs to believe in himself more , keep giving him the ball in those areas and he'll make things happen

Yes James that was also noticable 4 or 5 in the box all goalscorers
Only time we struggle is against hard pres We need to find a way to deal with this
Fulham / Wba / Stoke look strong this year
Going to be be a very hard season

Great goal by Chair but if he’d missed he’d have rightfully got pelters given where Dom Ball was. Squaring it to Ball would have been a goal ten times out of ten. If he did what he did yesterday 10 times I doubt it would end up in the back of the net every time.

Chair played 78 minutes for Morocco today. The first 70 minutes together with Taarabt no less. Morocco were 2-0 up after 53 minutes, and thats how it ended. Well done Ilias (and Adel).

Just checked the short highlights. Chair involved in both goals. First one comes from a Chair cross to the back post, and the second is a Chair shot deflected in to goal following a corner situation from the right side. He shoots from a narrowish angle outside the box with the wrist on his right foot (of course). Think it may have curled in if it had missed the defenders head anyway. Again well done Ilias .

I was watching an Al Jazeera report on the coup in Guinea yesterday evening. Madness. Scary how many countries in the emerging world are imploding at the moment!

Lad scored a worldie for Morocco vs Guinea-Bissau today for 3-0 No Taarabt in squad today Was looking forward to see them play together, but maybe another day. Match ended 5-0. Nice bicycle kick for their fourth as well, if anyone wants to look at highlights, when bored shitless of the international break.

He's been on great form recently, long may it continue. Would love to see more screamers like he got for Stevenage as well.

Looking at those objectively the Jack Taylor one is very special - hits it first time and the connection is perfection. Chair, whilst a very well taken goal, was given much time and space to compose himself.

Taylor is a great goal and the Sheffield Utd one is a brilliant move of passing from the back, 1 touch passing. Probably my favourite, as I love a team goal.
