Is the slump due to one of the following
Formation change Injuries Lack of passion

This is a similar situation to warbourtons collapse in form
From top of the league to out of playoffs
It’s the Rangers curse again

Think Beale was too slow to react today with the subs. And why start Donkey. Again. He said young Armstrong needs space to run into. Then why don't you start him, cause there's really no space when we're 2-0 down ffs. Hope Bealinho can fix this during the break, cause we've been shit for weeks.

Don't know if he can't fix what he has broken himself. We create nothing anymore and he's made our solid defense so vulnerable.

Still think it’s way to early for beale scrutiny but he has to own that performance today.
He was done in the dugout and never reacted until the game was gone.
We heard lots over last few seasons of no plan B but Beale literally does not have a plan b. Today with Paal being out was perfect chance go three at back but instead sticks to 4 and pubs CB at LB feels, like he is a bit rigid on formation front.
Still happy with him but he has ask questions of himself as it’s great being honest (which seems to appeal to some) and saying I got it wrong but unless there is a form of learning in response it’s simply soundbites.

Take the money on Willock and Chair and let Beale invest in the team. 2 good players who are at the highest value as they are likely to be so get rid. Chair from January last season was poor so get rid now before the value goes out on him and Willock who does not look fit is as highly rated as he is ever likely to be. This squad does not have the stomach to go that next step so rip it up and don't be so reliant on these two as we are right now.

Two big problems with our possession game. Too slow and too often we turn a free kick in our favour into a throw in because we are so obsessed with possession we play it short and get closed down straight away.

Masked comment about difference being a striker in interview and their forward being best player on pitch, which I agree with. Wonder how Dykes will take that hardly an endorsement

More chance just stop oil getting their demands met than us spending over 2-3 mill on a striker.

If we’ve had our bad patch we are nicely placed for part 2 of the season. I think this enforced break will tell us more about Beale as a manager. He’s not the new boy now, should know what he has and what they can do by now. A fit Johansen and Willock, and a less greedy Chair will work wonders. Dykes and Dozzell serial poor performers, the rest of the regulars all offer something.

The only concern is that still after 4 games
The slump and lack of motivation is still there
All clubs have a slump and ours is now
The important think is it ends quickly
Wba and Boro now coming up fast
Second half of season very tough
Prob need some more recruits in Jan for the run in
Good striker / Centre Midfield Dozz and Amos not doing it atm

Another shit performance.
Not one player played well.
Things that stood out for me.
Why have we become so slow and lethargic looking? No cutting edge, no quick passing or fluidity. Just boring!
Richards. Gave away the ball more times than I can remember.
Laird. Really dipped in form last few games.
Why didn’t Beale change anything when literally nothing was going right?
All round shit day.
Also how nice would it be to have a striker that causes teams issues like their fella up front? A proper handful and can play.
Can’t slate Dykes too much for yesterday as everyone was poor but he’s just shit in general. Hasn’t scored an away goal since Fulham away last season 😂😂😂😂😂 embarrassing

Why have we become so slow and lethargic looking? According to Beale in his post-match comments it's at least partly down to a combination of injuries to key players in an already thinnish squad, IOW roughly 15 key players but we're thin on the ground beyond that (e.g. bringing on Bonne and Shodipo is clearly not the answer when losing a game). So this, combined with a congested fixture schedule. Therefore the difference between poor November and successful October is we had more of our key players fit and available, and by that stage the legginess hadn't caught up with them in what is an overall thin squad.

So if squad is thin, why didnt we fatten it up.
