Will still be top 3 after this round. Norwich next. Will still be top 6 after that round (probably).

So you think he's been a good signing? Tbh Grego Roberts and Richards are yet to impress me too Timmy has got a point they need to contribute now even though they have been injured Get playing well shortly or get off the team I agree with him Maybe I’m thick but I fail to understand how you can judge someone who has played 53 minutes of competitive football for us? Hasn’t had a run in the side, hasn’t had any consistency at all. If you or Timmy are so good at rating players after bit part appearances when coming back from injury you should stop what you are doing and go and take over from Beale who obviously doesn’t know a player or have any idea of what he’s doing. Roberts I tend to agree with as we’ve seen enough of him to know he’s 2 minutes away from his next injury but come on you can’t seriously say you’ve seen enough of richards.

The team that wanted it more took the points. We were lackluster, lazy and slow. Brums shape left us clueless at times with us passing the ball back to where it come from , as we were to slow with the ball and they picked up nearly all the 2nd balls ....Don't matter how good u think u are if u come up a team that want it more...

Poor day at the office for beale if we’re honest. Out thought on the touchline and no real reaction. Hoping will have learned something from the night

And we still need an enforcer type in midfield and a quality striker.

The bastards playing in hoops Don't get carried away after winning, don't get too down when losing is my attitude. We've not suddenly become a bad team, just an off night. Luton - that wasn’t going to happen again - happened again. Not at the races, didn’t know how to win this one.

You knew Ruddy would save the pen. We didn’t deserve anything though. I know. He made himself look really big and could tell he’d save it.

Dykes not a great pen taker. When he took his first one and put it to corner I thought wow this guy will never miss but I’m not confident with him at the spot. Chair or Willock would be my takers

Hoping will have learned something from the night Tbh he has had more poor showings in recent weeks than good. Cardiff was the only outstanding display in the month of October with the other games being lacklustre. Hope he can turn the performances around.

The players looked tired agaibst Wigan and injuries are piling up. Get through the next three games and then get the players fit for December.

Best version of ourselves is the new take care of the ball good interview though. Very fair. Light years ahead of the patronising bullshit of his predecessor. Willock back for Wednesday- hope that means bench if he’s only coming back because we’ve had a couple of shit performances. Don’t rush him.

Luton - that wasn’t going to happen again - happened again. Not at the races, didn’t know how to win this one. Agree we don't seem to have learned from Luton and that is a concern. We play our best when on the front foot and pressing. The first 10 minutes we did the opposite and looked complacent (as I mentioned earlier), then presto we concede (to albeit a fluke of a goal). Beale has to and will note that. But maintain we haven't suddenly become a bad team so let's not get too down from the lows and get too high with the wins.

Clearly Eustace had a big advantage and Beale failed to respond. Obviously Seny's early mistake didn't help. But that's three 45 minutes of poor football in a row now. Let's hope that run ends on Wednesday. Has to.

Don’t get the Beale failed to respond, 3 players go off injured.
What subs or formation changes should he have made.
Suspect lots of critique around Beale is just the MW brigade, remind me what’s he doing now other than peeling the HT oranges at WHU

Eustace eliminated Chair. Should have had a plan B. His job to figure out how, not mine.

No comments about back-to-normal-striker-who’s-taking-us-back-to-the-Premier-League. Never won a header all night. If you want a Plan B because Eustace tactics were all over our midfield then main option is to get ball forward quickly. No point when Dykes is the target. It never sticks.

But that's our obvious weakness and has been all season. Beale wanted a striker but the funds weren't there. Hopefully January he will now be backed in that department, particularly in light of recent events with him nearly leaving.

its not the end of the world to lose last night and i'll take positives that its something beale and the team will learn from.

Best side won yesterday, would love to offer up excuses but that would be disingenuous. Out worked and fought from the first whistle. When you see the shift Hogan put in he would be big improvement on Dykes.
Sanderson very solid for them opposite of how he performed for us.
Cant just blame players for complacency as there was bit of a funny atmosphere in away end before kick off, bit like carnival where we just had to turn up and we would win if that makes sense.
Was row at the end in the away once again, it’s becoming a regular thing now.
Blues fans above us enjoyed the penalty miss!!

Andy Woolmer was the fourth official. Aside from the token ‘best version’ can’t disagree any of that. Good point on 4th official apart from holding up a board what is the point of them? Are they wired up to the ref like linos? Would love to see him launch into the refs Warnock style instead of trying be diplomatic as we have had some horrible officiating this season
