Andy Woolmer was the fourth official. Aside from the token ‘best version’ can’t disagree any of that. Good point on 4th official apart from holding up a board what is the point of them? Are they wired up to the ref like linos? Would love to see him launch into the refs Warnock style instead of trying be diplomatic as we have had done horrible officiating this season Agree but it’s just so not his style |

couldn't watch the game last night as i was out with the family for dinner. pretty glad that i didn't watch it tbh! its not the end of the world to lose last night and i'll take positives that its something beale and the team will learn from. Me2. Only able to watch from where that Hannibal should have had a second yellow, which was a disgrace. Rest of the match we were shit, as was the ref. |

Their 1st goal was a complete fluke. He was trying to put it back into danger area, mishit it and ended up in back of net. We deserved to lose no question but we are punching massively above our weight.

Dickie, Dunne, Amos, Richards, Roberts - should we jog them on too for the same reasons? Injuries are part and parcel of the game. Some are more injury prone, yes. Some are more unlucky, yes. Some go through injury periods before recovering and having long injury-free periods. The constant, however, is the notorious impatience of fans. |

We don't have the squad depth to walk this division, and even if we were top by six in January my guess is the board wont plunge. We do it on the cheap or not at all is the message.
What can and does need to happen is for the gaffer to have a wee word with a few of them, and maybe look at himself, because as with Luton they wanted it more.
And that's what I suspect is really pissing us all off. They're paid good money to put in a proper shift and they rolled over.

I personally think we'll see 3 or 4 out and a couple in this January window.
Don't see us going up automatic, but the playoffs are very much a realistic proposition.

You're probably not far off there Tarbs. But the problem in recent years has been parachute squads who have tended to be stronger all round and got away from the pack relatively easily. I'm not sure that is going to happen this year, which means there could be a massive opportunity. It could be that boardroom decisions in January will decide our fate.... |
