If your man isn't there tick "An Other" then name him in the thread and anyone can upvote him there.
I sometimes get accused of forgetting certain names in polls, so made an effort to make this more comprehensive 😂

McKenna is actually a great shout. My Ipswich colleague reckons he's been mustard for them.

McKenna is actually a great shout. My Ipswich colleague reckons he's been mustard for them. Who is he and what makes him good? Young Northern Irish Manager who has been in charge at Ipswich for a year or so. Has won more than half his games in charge there. Was in the Spurs and Man Utd youth set-ups before that. I think he was a decent young player who retired young.

McKenna is actually a great shout. My Ipswich colleague reckons he's been mustard for them. Who is he and what makes him good? only 36 years old but has managed ipswich for nearly a year after previously being a coach at man utd. done exceptionally well in turning ipswich around from league 1's fallen giant laughing stock into genuine title contenders all while playing good attacking football. i think he's only lost 8 or 9 games in the year he's been there. i think we're the championship version of ipswich so it'd be a good fit imo.

Critchley is now odds on. Looks nailed on. Assuming he'll be announced pretty swiftly.
Hoping it'll be a pretty seamless transition given the similarities between him and Beale in terms of ethos and playing style.

His Blackpool team gave us a going over up there last season.

Neil C. is used to operate on a shoestring budget with Blackpool and basically coming from the same school of thought as Beale. A young and modern coach.

Neil Critchley odds on favourite. Anyone know anything about him? Was Blackpool gaffer last year and, IIRC, had them playing some really good football. I am sure before that he was involved in the Liverpool youth set up (so I guess not a dissimilar background to Beale). Ironically he left Blackpool to take Beale's position as Gerrard's assistant lol Tbf from the very limited amount I know about him I think I would be quite happy with him if he is appointed.

Can only do so much with the cards you're dealt. Have a butchers at the budget he was working with. We do need to be very aware on our own similar limitations from a financial perspective & how that's going to shape our appointment. Some of the talk of Dyche, Bielsa etc really is insane lol

Just checked and they were only 6 points below us in the final table. I only remembered they lost quite a many home games after be beat them but apparently improved towards the end of the season?
