Why we were so passive and reluctant in the first half?

What`s wrong with Willock? This afternoon`s most important question imo.

Come on, you can look at this result in all sorts of ways, but I see it as a strong positive to come back from 2-0 down, that shows some gumption. And I'd just like to say that as one of the very few people to champion Tyler Roberts on here: well done to the lad.

Cracking first goal of his today, great finish. Jamal Lowe clearly the catalyst in today's comeback though. And yes, it did take some fight and character, which you have to credit Critch for too (as well as players). People are condemning him way way too early IMHO. And Lowe was always going to start from bench today (for his first game), so no great surprise there.

What`s wrong with Willock? This afternoon`s most important question imo. The same could be said of Chair today, was way off his best. Critchley clearly wants to play a more direct style of play which does not suit both Willock and Chair imo.

Great fightback and another 10 mins and we might have won.
That said we were incredibly static for most of the game, even after half time.
Not yet convinced that Critchley has got the players playing for him

Good comeback but can't understand some people are satisfied with that result and performance. Should have won 3-0 very poor reading side.

Reading used their experience to time waste, break up play and momentum to slow game down, feigning injury etc. In the end they were clinging on for a point. "2-0 and you fucked it up", as our fans were singing.

No mate. That was a strange sub and Richards... well... not sure what's going on there.

You can't use a word like 'should' in the championship Timmy, surely you know that by now? There are no givens, and honestly mate, after the run we've been on, to expect us to turn up at Reading and win 3-0? Come on. So although I'm not satisfied with a draw, I'm still very happy that we came back from 2-0 down to get it. It's a point gained, rather than 2 points lost as far as I'm concerned. And given our recent form, a decent result. Onwards and upwards Rangers.

As I understand it, NC wants to give the whole squad a chance before he makes the ultimate decision on the individual player`s future with us. That`s why some of his substitutions looks, and is, strange.

Richards badly needs park time. If -and its a massive one - if he had a fully fit squad for a decent amount of time, I think we'd be far more consistent. In a good way. Mind you that would raise interesting questions about who you leave out and how you set up.

Well that's an odd way of doing it IMO, when you take off a player who's on fire for a hat trick and replace him with someone who's barely played this season. Anyway, hopefully NC has seen enough now.

Putting Richards on in the 84th min is not conducive to improving his fitness. Most managers make the best of having 5 subs are we?

You're half right about the Championship Hubble but would you have been happy with only a point in forehand after the performance vs Sheffield United? I expected that to continue and us to win but unfortunately saw no effort first half. Why was that? Comeback was good but we have won only once in about half a year. We need wins and this was probably the easiest place to take 3 points. Definitely two points lost today.
