Family day today, so having seen us 2-0 down, was delighted to have come back to draw against a form side.

Attacking set pieces pretty poor again today.

Another shit performance with a lucky escape. No real change noticed. We have a group of players who don't really care.

Reading yoot bunch of mugs, giving it large ,surging towards away section. Only ever played up when some Chelsea bods with them.

I find the level of impatience by some fans for a new manager quite staggering at times to be honest.

It's not impatience. We could have Pep as our manager and he would get pelters. Our players are just not very good and don't care.

I think he knows we weren't at our best first half. That came across in his interview because of what he revealed he told the players at half time.
Not particularly. But the main thing is that he appears to have stopped the rot from the previous 6 games before he joined in which we had totally capitulated, having lost 5 out of 6 games. His results since then indicate that he's turning things round as we've only lost once in 5 league games.

The performances will come. But at this stage the results are more important. 

I don't find him dull at all and think he comes across quite well. He's animated on the touchline too which I like. So again I think that just comes down to opinions. He did well at Blackpool and his achievements there speaks for itself. No sign at all he didn't have the players onside and it came as a huge blow when he left there.

I respect your opinions Sparks even if I don't agree with them all. So it's all makes for healthy debate as far as I'm concerned. And I know that we agree on many other things.

Second half was a massive improvement and it felt like we’d go on and win the game when first goal went in. Reading players were arguing amongst themselves with Tom Ince doing a classic impression of his dad by moaning at everyone. We still have the major problem of not scoring when we get a great chance - we were shit first half but had the chance to go one up and set the pattern for the game. No need to state who was in the wrong place at the time.

Roberts was on touchline and signalled to bench he needed to come off. Thought injury at time but since confirmed as tiredness which is fair enough.

At the end of the day it was not a weird decision by the manager to sub him, as was being debated, it was player indicating he needed to come off.

Thought Roberts put decent shift in yesterday and I’ve been critical of him in recent games.

Wondering who drops out to put Stef back in. Getting few options back now.

Roberts played like he wanted to make a difference for a change.
