Been told weve accepted a bid from a championship club
which will develop into a bidding war with a 2nd Championship club although i cant divulge which 2 clubs what i have been told is Millwall are out of the running now as that was the highest offer they could put up (3 million)
with the money coming in there will be a replacement striker which hasnt been confirmed to me as its nowhere near finalised what my informant did slip up is its from a lower division club that needs to sell
also could be a 2nd striker coming in but on loan Dembele from Bournemouth for the season
the 3rd player ive been told coming in Matt Smith from Arsenal on loan til end of season but with the option to buy if we like him.
the Dykes deal and striker deal should all come out early next week
The Matt Smith deal will also be announced possibly as early as Monday Tuesday
Dembele deal not been told if and when still work to do with him

they havent made their decision but 1 plays for Blackpool
the other League 2
both targets very underwhelming

But it's QPR so it'll be someone like Madine. i could see it being shayne lavery as he's a hardworking striker with potential to develop better. i quite like lavery tbh and think he'd be a good replacement for dykes, he's just unfortunate to have been in a woeful blackpool team. |

He will end up at Glasgow Rangers. Remember, it was Beale who dropped him and only bought him back when injuries kicked in big time. If for some weird reason the powers that be at GR want him anyway, I'm not sure they can afford to gamble with the relatively little cash they have. What I don't understand is how one of the two clubs with a virtual monopoly on Scottish football (both in terms of bums on seats and rights) can have fucked up so badly in the boardroom that they're reduced to looking at players of his quality. I mean we have our problems but what happened up there? |
