He needs to change this tiny club mentality, he talks like he’s still at Wycombe.
It stinks of a lack of confidence in his ability to manage this club, I personally don’t want to hear him saying “I will do my best and if it’s not good enough…..man up ffs.
I’m absolutely certain it also demoralises the players and the fans.
It’s a huge part of his job description to convince the players they are capable of winning in every game, but I have serious doubts he will win more than 2 games before his dismissal.

So way I read it, Noddy was brought in and basically told he going to have next to nothing to spend club looking to just stay up with him . Now they seen that him and squad are probably not going to they now miraculously find money they always had. Cheap bastards deserve to go down. You reap what u sew

Just had a look at how many Warburton brought in in his first season.
In total including Jan window he brought in 11 permanent signings and 5 loan signings.
9 were free transfers and spent £50k on a keeper in Kelly and another keeper in Dillon whose fee is unknown.
We finished the season in 13th spot.

Lots of comments all over various threads about Ainsworth, not long to wait now to see what influence he’s had. If we’re competitive and last 90 mins against Watford then that’s a positive to build on. If we’re embarrassing and concede a couple in the last ten mins when they’re all blowing out of their arses then you can see the knives being out straight away. He didn’t do himself any favours with that Haka nonsense but it was pretty much our first eleven against Wimbledon first half and they played some nice stuff - but didn’t impose themselves, same as so many games last year. I don’t care about his hair - mine was like that 50 years ago😂 - but has he made any difference? Jury’s out. Not long to wait now.

If he'd joined us in the off-season he would be getting far more slack than he's getting now. I'm convinced it's mainly down to some of the football we played under him at the end of last season DESPITE all the various mitigating circumstances he had to cope with at the time. (And nothing to do with his appearance/image imo). Personally speaking, yes I do have concerns, but as others have said you really need to give him at least 12 games to prove his worth.
