i love gaz's passion and love for the club, its something thats been sorely missed and i really want him to do well here. my concern is if the club as a whole is so toxic that it destroys him.
he has to adjust to our players much better than he has imo. its alright playing with a fighting spirit if you have the players for it but frankly i don't think thats the case. we've spent the past 5 or so years cultivating a more technical style of play and have signed players to match that ethos. even our big lumps like dunne are more cultured on the ball than what gaz is used to having.
i will say though that if gaz is able to adjust to what he has here and maybe gets in another coach to bounce ideas off in the summer that we'll do well with him as long as our players can buy in to his methods.

I think stuff going on in the background and acceptance they have made big errors as two interviews now Gareth has said about club getting itself in mess and now doing stuff sort it out.
