Tbf les is the face and the fall guy,lots more got to look at themselves. That comes with being in the director position. You have to make tough decisions. If someone's not pulling their weight, eg. medical team, youth coach or whatever, you have to sort it out. Otherwise you've not done what your paid to do. But maybe they just pay him for his name and don't give a fuck about his performance. Sure does look like that. |

i found the part were Hoos was asked about if whether he and les have done a good job. he was very open with his own abilities and shortcomings but didn't so much as mention les Yes, VERY telling that I thought. Compounded by Les refusing to be drawn on the question of his staying in that recent photo op with a fan. |
