This club just do not learm,weaker squad so bare minimum is preparation,fitness and organisation.
Just the usual routine in recent times.

Did he not take his previous team to the playoff final? plays some lovely football too. Madness we never tried to get him after beale's exit and instead chose Paul Daniels and now briatores assistant coach. Anyway, the rock star will be gone by october and it will be another waste of a season with some of his turds left at the club. |

I had a few beers one night with pat Holland when he got the orient job years ago he said they was absolutely skint, no phone in office no players etc. He said the squad did what they wanted as he had to pick them as he had no one else
