Not a lot to argue with there apart from Albert at RWB and jury very much still out on Sinclair, but given what we’ve got worth a try. What is he, 40+ these days? Lovely bloke but most he can put in these days is a 10m stretch, 5 of em to get his legs moving. WB is the last place you wanna be picking him. |

WB is the last place you wanna be picking him. who else plays in a back 5? if kakay is the RWB then it means we either play gubbins or field in the back, if field goes in then dozzell steps into midfield and we'd have the slowest backline in the division lol. kakay for me just isn't defensively sound enough for a RB. adomah would at least offer some trickery, experience and crossing from RWB and played his best stuff for us there under warbs. |

What does he mean we will take a good squad to Cardiff, and some will be surprised, but I'll keep that to myself. Another new signing or maybe Glass salter will play? Or he's playing games.

I’m certainly not wishing bad on Ainsworth. He’s no spring chicken he’s surely aware of what he’s capable of and what he’s not by now.
Speaking for myself I can openly admit Ive suffered early setbacks in my chosen career due to poorly thought through decisions to accept offers that was above my station.
Ainsworth readily admitted when he joined Wycombe he wasn’t ready for it, 10yrs at plucky Wycombe is a lot different to catering to a more demanding environment he finds himself in now.

The poor bloke looks so unconvincing it is untrue. He is obviously thought he could get a tune out of these wasters and is now realising that he cant and that is why Colback and Cook especially have been signed. He should give Critchley a call and let him tell him all about the character of this squad. If we take a tonking tomorrow he should chuck it in.

Yesterday I binged watched all episodes of the Burnley documentary in which it showed their Yank owners and the shareholders reaction to sacking Dyche, getting relegated then appointing Kompany. Not difficult to imagine Kompany got instant huge respect from the players due to his achievements in the game. It showed Kompany highlighting opposition teams tactics and weaknesses the day before the match using vids and use of white boards. Kompany giving detailed presentations to the owners and shareholders about why they need to sell or buy players to finance the deals. Can you honestly see Ainsworth being capable of doing any of these things coming from Wycombe? |

I'm actually far more positive this week...
We were trounced last week 4 - 0 and it wasn't unexpectèd...
When we were beat 4 and 5 - 0 at home in our opening matches in 2011 and 2012... it was actually a shock for me and the Bolton game was then followed up by a hard fought win at Goodison Park.... it was the start of the TF era and a lot of good vibes followed....
The signings of Begovic, Fox, Colback and Cook should now stiffen us up and just shows our academy isn't/wasn't fit for purpose as previous managers kept saying as we signed the likes of Hemed, Wells, Austin and Johansen on loan to keep us up....
Will we win in Cardiff?
I'm not convinced but could see a fighting draw at least now

What little attention the players gave him was killed stone dead when Haka Dave from Chelmsford came stomping through the door. That day, he lost the dressing room. |
