Kenneth Paal was subbed off on 75mins during Suriname’s game on Tuesday in Cuba, don’t know if it was because of an injury or because he was ineffective as he played out of his normal position in RMF.
WLS have already predicted Ziad Lakeshe will start, maybe it’s because Cook has been already ruled out injured?

Westy is good at handing out nicknames, so if that's what he's now known as, then "Lak" did impress in the cup against Norwich. So no major concerns there for cover in that position.
