We'll probably win.
I remember years ago, first time under Holloway, high flying, free scoring Wigan came to town. Dominated us all game, then Mcleod gets the ball, whips in a cross and Furlong (I think) scores and we win 1-0.

It’s pointless keep giving him more time.

It’s pointless keep giving him more time. It's pathetic leighs, said to my old man after the Blackburn game any club with a modicum of knowing what they are doing would have got shot then & given ourselves the international break to find a replacement & get him in, but you watch us wait until after the break, lose a few more games & then get rid. Low & behold....

Was Man City vs Huddersfield the last time someone scored ten in a game? 10-1 I think back when City were in League 1, after Jamie Pollock virtually relegated them against us.

The 10-1 for City was 10 years before Pollock! 1987/88. The season before Liverpool beat Fulham 10-0 in the League Cup 2nd round, 1st leg. On the front of the programme for the 2nd leg Fulham famously put a picture of Diego Maradona appearing to get ready to pray

One of the GREAT FA Cup Semi finals... Same day as Man Utd 3 Oldham 3 too... both live on BBC. Different times.

We put one past Huddersfield last weekend in a 2-1 defeat. All we were missing was the 0 which we provided last night

Leicester put 9 past Southampton couple of seasons ago. And Hassenhutl or whatever his name is wasn't sacked after that either. Bodes well.

Seem to remember a game i went to way back. We got steamrollered by Man Utd 8-1 i think. Midweek game. at Old Trafford. First ever season in Division One. 1967/68. We were 2-1 down going into the 67th minute! Since then we've had two 7-1 defeats, both away. 1987 - Sheffield Wednesday 2018 - W.B.A To even things out, we also had a 8-1 win against Crewe in 1983: The home leg of the 2nd Round Milk Cup tie. Worst home defeats ever were both 6-0. Arsenal in 2001 Newcastle in 2017.
