Bit early I know but I've seen a rumour so I thought I'd start this thread.
Seen on Twitter, no idea how reliable, and could just be because of where Cifuentes joined us from:
QPR have joined the race to sign 21 year old Hammarby CB Nathaniel Adjei.

Says he has six assists this season (great) but has been playing right wing back which is a position we filled with cannon so can’t see where he fits? The other bloke mentioned earlier in this thread there’s another report saying he would be 3 to 4 million. Laughable to think we would pay that sort of money these days. |

Hamilton is maybe thought of as a potential midfielder for us. A few years ago that was seen as scouting for square pegs in round holes, but modern players are more often than before able to play in different positions. A bit on a side note: For a player like Amos his versatility was maybe his undoing, paradoxically enough...

Its a continuing worry that when our fringe players go out on loan it is always to teams a long way down the football pyramid, often even to non-league. Unless the player is very young surely it has to be League One if they are ever going to have a future with us? Or is that too harsh?

We are lower championship so can't expect top league 1 to take our youngsters |

Quite harsh considering we're one of the worst 3 teams in Division 2 (old money) at the moment. League 2 or National League is more realistic. |

Not an option unless they've got British or Irish passports or are established internationals because of Brexit. We are shopping in the domestic market and he has already said this. |

Was a player I really liked and it kinda seemed inevitable that he would come to Rangers and be a typical QPR number 10 (rolled down socks, often infuriating, occasionally brilliant). But think there were attitude issues and a big bust up with Reading players around the time of covid (something around vaccines from memory). He's one of those players who has all the ability and we are desperately short of quality in midfield so personally I would love to see what Marti could do with him. But do take all the points on here about attitude, Taylor Richards etc. |
