Absolutely woeful up top. Zero goals in this side. It must be addressed in Jan or we are gone. Decent enough overall but once again a lack of bite up front has cost us. It has to be said though letting us go into a season with that Scottish spastic as our only option is fucking criminal

Potential had as much impact on the game when he came on as donkey did.
Defo need a forward who can hold the ball up and bring people into the game as think that’s what we’re missing.
Chair frustrating today very greedy in good positions. Willock and Bonner started bright then faded.
Defensively looked solid but for that one error from Dunne.
Very frustrated after that

Ilias plays for Ilias and that’s why he will never ever be a top player. True every word but he's still our only player who can make the difference. And Chair knows it - which just compounds the problem as it makes him even more selfish. |

We've been a losing side for most of the last 18 months so we can't expect MC to turn things around within a month.
However, he's been in charge for 3 matches now and although we enjoy more possession and clear more shots on target, 1 goal in 3 games is an issue which needs to be addressed.
Forget the bollocks about Dykes and Armstrong, neither is good enough to lead a front line at this level and we desperately need someone to come in score goals. If no-one does were going down and at a time where the new TV deal means the gulf between us and sides in the Championship will become vast and possibly insurmountable.

If Marty wants to keep this team up, and keep his job, long term, he has to drop Dykes.
No goals in this team. We all knew that back in the summer. The entire fan base. Criminal negligence to have Dykes the only option.

Been the same for ages,move the ball quicker, release the ball quicker,slows down any attack and gives opp defence time to recover and organise. You are not Adel,Ilias. |
