Beale didn’t loan Roberts to play second fiddle to Donkey, my memory thinks Roberts was injured in last pre season game but played ahead of Donkey when fit. Even Shodipo was a better option when used than Donkey.

We all know Dykes is useless but you can't blame him for our winless run when options are Armstrong who doesn't know where the goal is and Kelman who doesn't know where the ball is. If we had dropped Dykes I'm pretty sure we would have about the same amount of points as we have now. Like I said, I'd play Kolli in a front line of three with neither Dykes nor Armstrong involved. He aint the messiah but his positional sense and skill level is ahead of those two. Don't know about Kolli. Youth team play against Colchester United and teams like that. And not even their League Two team but their U-21 team. If someone shines there it means absolutely nothing. And he's not even on the bench. |

I thought Roberts started very well when Beale selected him, he had similar skills to Willock and Chair, admittedly it’s clear he has serious injury problems even at Leeds. |

What is it about Dykes that seems to bamboozle managers into believing he's worth persevering with? The one thing that I have to give Beale credit for is that he dropped Dykes and thus achieved his best results. With the attention to detail that Marti brings, I would have thought he would have discovered this fact, but it seems not. And if he persists with Dykes, I think we all know it isn't going to work out. He never has and never will deliver. In a sense, you could say that the Dykes conundrum is responsible for the ongoing failure of this team. And frighteningly, it could bring down Marti too, unless he works it out pronto. I think that's not quite accurate. Dykes featured in every league game under Mick Eel. Missed less than a quarter of each match on average. Must be collective memory loss here, as others have said similar.🤷♂️ 3 away wins on the trot:
Millwall 0 QPR 2 - Dykes came on in the 78th minute Bristol City 1 QPR 2 - Dykes on in the 85th minute Sheffield Utd 0 QPR 1 - Dykes on in 56th minute
