The red card worked against us Don't think so. Without it we would have lost today.

Nothing up front and other than Bonner absolutely nothing in MF, how anyone sees Field and Dozzell as anything but crabs is beyond me.

Terrible tonight and his line up was truly awful. You got it wrong tonight with that starting line up.

I tell you what, I'll take that. This match was a Green banana skin, and by a mixture of Marti-Fuentes-Luck and their poor finishing - and a red card - we avoided it. I'll take a clean sheet and a point, damn right. What a fcking turnaround. 3 wins and draw. Yes, please, thank you very much! And here's the thing: this isn't the first time Marti has started with the B Team and finished with the A Team. And once again, he rides his luck. There's something special about this guy. So, first half performance: diabolical. Wow, we were lucky to keep a clean sheet. Second half, pretty much as I hoped, and wow, the difference. Cannon is a class player at this level (certainly compared to Kakay). We look so much more composed with him there. And then, take a bow, Elijah Dixon Bonner. His best performance to date. Sumptuous paces, shots, control, beautiful football, we have some player there. That pinged pass on about 70 to take out three defenders and set Dykes up. Wow. Then that cross into the box a few minutes later. Now, this may be contentious, but I thought Richards looked all right. There's a classy footballer in there, and I think the way Marti is eeeeasing him into the side, bit by bit, is starting to pay off. OK, he did nothing special, but he just looked good on the ball. Give him a chance, I say! Dykes, well yeah... Did all right I suppose. Just can't really cut it. A few, if not gold, then at least silver-plated chances in the second half. And Willock looked tired. Ilias was our best player first half, kept us in it, but he over complicated in the second half, perhaps spoiled by the luxury of too much time on the ball as Ply Mouth sat back, often with 10 men behind the ball, and soaked up the pressure. Ply Mouth will feel chuffed to come away with a point, well fair play to them. They should have won it in the first half, but blew it. And down to 10 men, they did what you gotta do. So all in all, I'd say that was, overall, a positive, especially with that fascinating second half, which felt at times like a boxing match, one fighter almost constantly defending from the ropes, and the other one throwing punches to the body, but unable to find that knockout blow. Stability. 10 points out of 12. The whole squad being utilised. People being allowed to, and trained to, develop, and develop fast. I gotta say, I'm loving it so far. Marti Cifuentes. Maaaarti Cifuentes. Vamos Rangers.

Dykes far from the worst culprit tonight. Willock quiet, Chair playing too deep to make up for lack of forward momentum from Dozzell and Field. Kelman played completely out of position and should have either been moved up top or off the pitch far earlier. Shame Paal went off as that triangle on the left starting to work at the end of first half. We just looked tired and so, so slow - no one dared take on their man and run to the byline.

Learnt something tonight. EDB must start. Field and Dozzell haven't a forward pass between them. If he ever turns up, Colback and EDB as the two in the middle. He seriously looks a footballer.
No goals to be found. Smyth lively when he came on, but as someone said there was no one to find in the middle. Fuck Dykes off NOW. Play Kelman three games up front and see what he makes of it. If nothing, then fuck him off too.

If I had a gun I don’t know who I’d shoot first. That cunt ref or that time wasting wanker keeper.
Frustrating game.

He did right taking the three yellows off at half time. Credit to Plymouth for throwing themselves at everything for the cause. Why do refs wait until it’s too late to book a keeper? It’s not just the time they waste, they take all the pace and momentum out of the game.

Introduced Sinclair to late imo. Well too late. Kelman was piss poor & Dykes his usual self although I’ll give him credit for getting a couple of headers on target but Sinclair should have been brought on 20 mins earlier.

Not sure we can have too many complaints about a draw. We dominated possession second half but rarely looked dangerous with it. They probably had as many close chances as we did overall.

Got to say although I like Marti’s rotation, I thought tonight’s line up was a risky one and it proved so.
Not sure how Kelman starts before Armstrong considering the positive impact he had Saturday.
In his defence we started terribly. Field getting booked after 1 min. His form has been questionable lately and we gave the ball directly to a Plymouth player 4 times in the first 7 mins.
76% possession - 10 shots on target but not one of note. All half arsed shots or headers that didn’t really test their keeper.
Disappointing considering results in the last 2 days couldn’t have gone any better for us.

Let's be honest. Over 90m that wasn't good enough.
MF picked people out of position (Kelman), looked to have key players to deep (Chair) and generally failed to fire them up.
Not good enough on or off the park. I'm pretty sure MF would agree.

leats be honest ,this was a bad day at the office ... we were lucky to get the draw ,even with Plym at 10 men , we would have lost this ,with GA as manager Love the fact Marti said something about ,its not about running alot ,its about running well ! It was a shit performance tonight , but we arnt the finished article by any means .and we still walked away with a point ,which considering they ony had 10 men , was more than we deserved .
