Absolutely. Despite the fact he has his hands tied in some areas, I am worried about some of his decision-making. The faith he is putting in certain players is slightly mind-boggling if I’m honest. Seems like they're impressing him in training but then totally bottling it on matchdays. Not like they haven’t got form for letting managers down. Gutless bunch. |

Agree. Like Marti, big upgrade on the musician but then I’d be an upgrade on that joker. He’s got to stop chopping and changing the team. We’ve been bloody awful. Chair yet again wasting opportunities to put quality into the box but then again look up and see dykes and probably think what’s the point. Major improvements second half needed. What was very odd today was the pre game warmup. I’m not usually at game earlier enough to see the warm up so no idea if this is a regular thing but if it is they need knock it on the head pronto.
They spent ten minutes practicing the game plan they tried to implement in the game before the eyes of Millwall. All starting 11 were involved Dunne gives ball to Asmir and they play it out with forwards and midfield closing down strikers before giving ball midfield to attack and then defence defend.
Why show your hand to the opposition before ball is kicked.

The other part of that is how have they all stood and watched a ball hit the back post. Shite |

We played much better against Southampton. What happened to that team? Same as Southampton & Sheff Weds for the goals, individual mistakes week after week. Against Millwall, poor starting XI, Dykes being allowed to play 90 mins, poor subs. Manager has to answer to this one for me. |
