Shout out to Larkeche - like the way his energy got us pressing more when he came on. Also thought Cannon had a strong game defensively. Much better from Dozzell and Field today. Yeah, like Larkeche. Gets stuck in and gets forward. Potential stand in for Chair if needed? Edit: Nah. Not the same kind of player perhaps. |

Smyth far better second half than Willock first. He gets stuck in and makes things happen offensively. Who else, bar Chair, does that? Smythe made the most impact on the game but some of our fans would hate to admit it because they already said he’s crap. Similar is happening with Dunne where every single mistake is magnified but Salter rickets are ignored at the moment like boxing days opening goal.🤣 |

Ipswich player wasn’t even facing our goal and thick Salter goes through the back of him giving them an unnecessary opportunity to put it in our box. if he turned salter you would still be morning and saying why did he not bring him down and you know you would be 😂😂😂 Hes just got to stay on his feet, the only time he’s needs to foul him is when he’s likely to go past him, he’s not doing that with his back to our goal. |

No, it doesn't look like he is going to recover any time soon, so that`s why we probably should be in the market for an attacking midfielder in addition to a striker of course. |

Good managers always start with ensuring you’re solid at the back. We’ve made good progress there under Marti. We must somehow need to pull a striker out of the hat in January.

If people say what they see why wasn’t Salter or Field lambasted for both allowing the ball to run to the goal scorer on Boxing Day, maybe it’s because it don’t suit certain fans hyping certain players they appear to like. How many times did I see Salter being caught out with a ball over the top on his side tonight and him being last getting back, I saw it happen 3 or 4 times in the second half yet fails to be mentioned. It was the same when Colback arrived, most thought he was a brilliant signing. |
