So does that mean we have both Colback & Field both ourt suspended? According to Transfermarket stats Field has 10 yellow cards and will serve 2 match ban and Colback currently has 9

Appears it may have been offside but is that another goal from a set piece or given we defended first phase has it moved on?

Rangers you don’t half know how to extract all the enthusiasm out of a fan base. Given the magnitude of that game Im shocked how low energy we were looked like we froze. Second to every first and second ball. Going forwards every player was below par. Armstrong grafted first half but like last week disappeared second half. Chair is just an odd player as so much expectation from him but delivers very little and he gets away with it. Drewe is not good enough he’s clearly squad player but end of season he needs jogging on, how he’s ahead of Kakay is baffling. Bonner was shite when he came on set up more counter attacks for them then for us; he seems like he’s in a comfort zone. Cook JCS and Paal only three that can walk off with heads held high. Smyth after his impact off bench last two games has earned starting place ahead of Willock who just strolls about. Really disappointed and fucked off with that showing. We don’t seem to be able to handle any level of expectation. Willock been strolling for ages get rid. Sinclair was again our only real threat but did well in contrast to Dykes who offers fuck all. Begovic distribution leaves a lot to be desired. He gathers the ball and throws it to Chair instead of Sinclair who is in acres of space on the right. Open your eyes ffs.

Smyth needs coming next week instead of Willock, who is just cruising at the moment, not offering enough.
Every time Smyth plays, he does deliver balls into the box and creates a bit of excitement down the wing.

The ref was absoloute dog shite.

ref was awful, yellow card galore, hated any contact and sucked the life out of the game.
that being said we were not good. i watched it on TV as i'm in scotland and we were below par. sincs started the first half well and you could tell their defenders were scared of him. anonymous in the 2nd half although i will say that he is playing with a lot more confidence which is good to see.
dykes looks back to being his all time classic self. one good game in 10.
i don't rate drewe, he's league 2 or NL at best but i thought he did well today. got beaten by sorba thomas a few times but held his own against their star man.
thing is on paper we don't have a bad side. we're just missing that extra 10% on the pitch and a genuine goal threat. here's hoping frey provides what we need.
i'm a lot more hopeful of staying up now than i was a few weeks ago but if we do go down it is what it is as long as we keep ahold of marti.

Piss poor to be allowing a shit team like that the amount of set pieces they had.

My overall feeling that some players just coasting Willock and Dykes for two.
Didnt really see any urgency until we went 1 down and given our position is unbelieveable.
Our crowd need to be more vocal in support of the team.
Atmosphere was substandard considering whats at stake the ref didnt help either, wanted to be the star and felt the crowd and players lost sight of our objective.

Agree about the atmosphere, but it was very hard to get anything going when the fucking ref stopped the game every three seconds.
Also the players need to produce more to get the fans up.
How many shots did we have on goal today two, three maximum?

If honest we have not had rub of the green this season.

My overall feeling that some players just coasting Willock and Dykes for two.. Those were the first two subs that Marti made. He sees it, his coaching staff see it, we see it, time to drop them from the starting 11 next game.

Indeed, I don't care how talented a player Willock is, if he's not committed to the cause then drop him from the squad until he is. Glad Marti sees the same, just like he's done with that other 'talented' diva, T Richards.

Our so called big players just never stepped up which has been the case since beating West Brom 2 years ago. Regardless of the division we end up in the team needs ripping up and re built with pace and power.

was more depressed after that than the Watford game. at least that game you came away thinking “signs of improvement” and “if we play like that we will start picking up at least some points”. But after the Watford and Millwall performances when it finally looked like we were improving we have now reverted to our earlier habit of following a good performance with one of utter dogshit. No creative spark, no intelligence to realise how damaging all those corners and free kicks were going to prove, and worst of all so little fight. I’d like to think most of them really do care but it wasn’t always evident out there yesterday. A solid showing from the back line is the only positive I can take from that but a better team would have murdered us and if we continue to play like that we will be down. Am sure Marti is under no illusions.

The defence recently is the only reliable and consistent part of the team. If we were the same offensively I genuinely think we would be ok but we look so timid going forwards opposition must rub there hands facing our attacking options.

I agree with stainrod here. So frustrating that they cannot get some consistency, especially given this is close to our best 11. We can only hope that we yet again raise our game against the better teams and get a few unlikely results. It is not impossible.

Agree with both above.
Very disappointing reverting back to such a poor performance against let’s be honest a shit side.
On another day they would have wiped the floor with us if it wasn’t for last-minute blocks.
As Westy says the defence has been vastly improved with the centre back pairing we now have. Got to keep them fit as they are vital to our survival.
Really need this new striker to kick on and bring us something new. Another game gone that should be three points.
Games will only get more difficult now.

Seriously fucked off with that bunchawankers. Thank fuck Field is out Play EDB and, because we must, Chair in the middle. As important as a striker is, we need a CM. Our CM was a fucking disaster yesterday. Those two created nothing.

Our CM was a fucking disaster yesterday. Those two created nothing. Yeah, this is the problem with a struggling side. Frey might be a good striker but he will need a lot more service than we currently provide. Huddersfield have brought in four players, us just one due to the board's earlier financial incontinence that has left us so broke. Colback showed against Millwall why he was highly rated at Forest but yesterday the central midfield was back to dozy dozzell days. If a team presses - and most do nowadays - we can't get forward. Lets face it, Huddersfield are the 4th worst side in this division and their manager has the worst win rate of any manager in the top four divisions, yet they were a cut above us - and we know what that means...
