West Brom 1-0 against Birmingham Thank you Agent Dozzell. And the assist was from Darnell Furlong!

2nd half summary
Really like the look of Hodge and Hayden. Both add much needed composure and professionalism (that's been lacking). Frey did a decent hold up job too as target man
Colback had a good 2nd half too I thought
Good assist from Sincs and lovely debut goal from Hodge
Great strike by Ilias for his. 2nd time one of those has resulted in an o.g. So lovely bit of luck there
Thoroughly deserved victory
IMO. YMMV.

Massive result we’re still in there fighting
Moved away from Wednesday, taken three points off a direct rival in Blackburn and now everyone up to Millwall is a target for hauling in.
Come on rangers we’re going to do this.

Chair was decent today he’s ran himself into the ground He was more than decent mate. Towards the end he was running around like three players. Everyone else backing off he was the only one relieving the pressure.

Game changed after second goal and Armstrong going off, all the new recruits look decent.
Armstrong my choice as MOM despite his misgivings today.

brilliant result and a much better performance. i know sincs gets his pelters but at least he's getting into position and having the confidence to take shots.
chair MOTM but as usual JCS and cook were very good at the back. hayden looks like a much better player than field, he can dribble for starters. hodge - lovely finish and a tenacious little bugger. i paid special attention to frey and imo he is very far off the pace though and needs some games in the reserves, you can tell he's unfit and a bit rusty. he has a goalscorers instinct though as he tries to lose defenders in the box and looks like he can actually lead the line. slow as fuck though lol.
special mention to colback for winding up the blackburn fans 🤣

Only complaint 2nd half is wish we didn't defend so deep and invite them on to us so much. Really raises the blood pressure that which i could do without!!
Much prefer keeping a higher line (we have the pace) and try catching them on the counter. Never comfortable at 1-2 and always prefer to kill teams off

Although he hardly got any service, I love the way frey was chasing down every ball just to keep Blackburn on their toes something Dykes never does. That’s what we need right now.

One great thing today is likes of Stoke, Blackburn, Millwall in free-fall. For a long time it has looked like 3 of 4 to go down. If we play like that we have every chance of hauling other clubs in. Three games unbeaten, re-enforcements where needed, defence incredibly solid, plus a bit of skill further up the pitch. Hugely encouraging.

Bye bye Dykes and Field. Close the door on your way out. Maybe don’t start them but they are good from bench, which is looking much stronger.

Bye bye Dykes and Field. Close the door on your way out. What a difference some quality makes, finally eh? Signs of Marti know sussing out the players and creating his team in his own image I'd rather it happened gradually than to rush it What a dynamo this Hodge lad looks!

Jeez I'm drained! Is anyone else as mad as me watching Rangers? I'm visualising brick walls, lava flows, spikes bearing down on the opposition players. I see them dissolving, the colours draining from their shirts... totally nuts
