Weirdly Frey reminds me of Zamora both physically and in play style. Same with Anderson and Buzsáky.

Was good to see us come from behind and not fold when we went behind.

Frey already showed he’s more threatening in the box than Armstrong and Dykes. Thought we actually missed hodge when he went off as he’s busy all over the pitch.

With Frey we absolutely have to improve the delivery into the box as I don’t think he will bring anything outside the box but he’s huge so if the balls in the air I’m backing him to be on the end of it but you have to beat the first man.

Happy enough with that.

I might be in minority but I never thought Smyth done anything of note when he came on. There was a great ball in from chair which he should have finished back post but he stood watching.

Thought Frey a big upgrade on Dykes - that glancing header to send the ball down the wing for Chair to run on to, no way Dykes does that. He looks arrogant when he scored, like he expected to - not a bad quality in a striker.

JSC - different level

Colback - if he could cut out the silly fouls would be some player at this level, was excellent at times and night and day from Dozzell.

Hayden v solid and tidy.

Decent performance. Predicted a draw and happy with a draw. 8 points out of 12 and 4 games unbeaten. Massive improvement.
