I thought he was shite but my god he would have been better then Ashby and Santos until something better was presented. If he left because of legal shit fair enough but if they moved him on based on ability to spend two wages on two RBs that’s awful business and planning and should be called out in that next forum. |

In hindsight he was ok. Still not convinced especially going forwards but he puts a shift in.

When he has a 5/10 performance it seems it's seen as acceptable. Tells you everything.
Another poor signing. Credit him today though for contributing to a clean sheet, but on the whole he's a step down on Cannon and Kakay for me.

Was in the gym this morning and it dawned on me what type of a deal have we brought Ashby in on.
Right back was an area that needed addressing we all agree with that and he was announced as coming in on loan but with all the secrecy around club business at the moment has he actually come in on similar deal to Dembele where it’s loan with deal done in background to make perm end of season. Could he actually be a perm but just not told yet and it’s a loan initially to get round FFP

They seem to like young players with view to making a profit on in future ala Brighton, Brentford style etc.
