If Chelsea ever moved to new ground would anyone object to moving into the bridge?

If Chelsea ever moved to new ground would anyone object to moving into the bridge? Yes because it is too big and expensive to maintain.

If Chelsea ever moved to new ground would anyone object to moving into the bridge? Imagine how shit it would be one knowing it’s their gaff and two 15,000 people in a 42,000 ground. Not for me. Ever.

Think they just purchased land next to Bridge to build new 60000 stadium. Maybe if they build pre match pitch next to main ground we could use that if we ask nicely. After all our fanbase will be decimated by then.

Brentford is possible but would be incredibly embarrassing. We're going to have to go it alone if we stay in London.

Very influential if a great number of them and very hard to get anything approved where they are in large numbers. If I lived near Craven Cottage I'd happily be a NIMBY as they have an area worth fighting for.

The owners want the land to develop
It’s obvious it’s why they are still here
It worth a fortune
Bankrupt the club on purpose to get the land

They then have an excuse to the fans to Ground share saying we are skint
They can then have the land
Everything in life is about money
All the high street banks are owned by one company

Been saying this for ages, dont think Madjeski comes into the equation but land at Loftus Rd is our only real asset.
It all fits like a jigsaw. Money first, club and fans second.

My hope is there is a sweetner where the council get more housing, rates. We get Linford Christie to develop on a budget in return. Reuben gets his dough back the yanks(new owners)get their development project the council get more money and housing the club and fans get a new stadium on a budget. Everyone is happy? All part of regeneration of the bush. Even East Acton station has had improvements to the platform etc.

reading that article, to me it sounds like they want to build a new ground on our current foot print.
if true, that would be fantastic.
i ask, by chance, is there anyone out there able to get a copy of that brochure and possibly upload it onto here.
it would make great reading.
anyway, this quote sticks out .................
"The key skills in question are likely to be related to property and stadium development, as the club's aspirations for Loftus Road feature heavily in the investment brochure".
