I’m well chuffed
Don’t think we have had s bad game so far. Look organised, aggressive all over the pitch, creative and like we’re confident and enjoying the game
Players like manning are clearly improving as is Eze all round game.
Really impressed with the manager. Two away wins, striker leading scoring charts for the league. Squad clearly improved from last season
I could not be happier

pretty much my views too, we've only lost games because of schoolboy errors and tbh i'd rather that than having lost coz we played shit. once we iron out the errors and tighten up at the back a bit then we'll be a very dangerous side imo.
absolutely loving it, hugill adds so much to our team

Lots of potential mate. If we can sure things up at the back a bit, this is a top 6 side!

Completely agree. End of last season, we were apparently relegation certs. Warburton has come in and made numerous changes to the squad. 1 month in and we’re playing good football and sit 8th. Could be higher as still think we deserved at least a point vs Swansea. I’ve still no idea where we’ll finish!

Very very good so far.
Manager that understands the history of the club and wanting to play attractive football. Players that are up to the task and playing well.

Just landed in Rhodes for two weeks and watched the highlights. We looked very impressive great start to the holiday. The Chelsea and Leeds results were also fucking perfect. Have a great weekend all COYRS

10pts is more than I thought we'd get so in very happy. I like the style of football we play and like the fact that i fancy us against any team in the league.

Very good start in the league and playing some nice stuff as well. Would have liked a deep cup run but you cannot have it all.

Hope we avoid that and give a good account of ourselves for the season.

I like the fact that we are playing in a way that the players understand, we're much better organised than we have been for ages and the squad has real depth.

I backed us before the Stoke game to be top 6. At 11/1 I thought decent odds. We have a chance as the league isnt up to much and when we play well a match for anyone

these stats tell the story for me.
we have the top scorer in the championship
hugill 5 goals from 5 starts.
joint 6th in the league.
10 points from a possible 18. scored 9, conceded 9.
last season, 4 points out of a possible 18 scored 3 and conceded 13
a brilliant first month and would say we are playing above all expectations. still think we are a cb and a winger light though.
welldone to warburton and all the players.

Considering this is the beginning of a two to three season assembly of a side with all new players I am chuffed to bits. There will be more games like Pompey over the season, it's to be expected, as we are talking about a squad full of youth players, loanees and freebies. It's a miracle we aren't propping up the table. Credit must be given to every element of the club from the boardroom to the team & coaches for what has been a (mostly) delightful start to the season. After a couple of games I could see us getting 14th, 15th fairly comfortably but now I am starting to dream of a top half finish with better to come next season.

Early days I think so would hold back on any judgement yet. Impressed on how he has managed to put two decent looking sides together on a moderate budget though. Also seems keen to give the younger players a chance. Good start.

I hoped Warburton would work out but he has exceeded expectations. Talks sense and knows what he wants. Players that have come in seem like they have been here for ages and they clearly want to play or prove a point. Break now means we can get Amos and Cameron back and go again. Great start.

Hugill, Wells, Cameron, Pugh, Kane...think we are paying a hefty wage to all of them and are not as poor as the club sometimes suggest. Could be wrong but not paying transfer fees means we can put it into wages. Not talking massive money but I think "moderate" is fair.

I don’t believe that. Reckon we’d be bottom half for wages paid at the moment.

There were ridiculous figures thrown around last year about what we were paying Wells and Hemed which I don't believe at all but still think there would be good competition for those (Hugill and Wells) from other championship clubs.
