Wow. What a timing!! Les Ferdinand is under contract at QPR and he should know that comments like these are morally totally out of place.

He stated quite clearly that he has a job to do at QPR and he won't be leaving to go anywhere until that job is done. Morally, exactly the right thing to say.

If Jamie Reuben does go to geordieland he must see Les as a former fans favourite that may deflect flak from 50 thousand geordies demanding that they win the prem and champions league. Huge club that should be top six with a decent owner and new manager...Eze would be idolised and why would he not go there ? I’m pleased with the way Les has turned our club around to a mixed reception from some of our fans. The obvious statement said many times is be careful what you wish for.

I keep hearing this talk of the dof doing a tremendous job but, apart from high earners running down their contracts and leaving for free, players like austin and smithes sold for a fraction of their worth, buying 20 odd cheapo's with 3 or 4 any good, what has he actually done? serious question.

If it was written in large letters with pictures you wouldn't believe anything good about him would you? Just keep calling him Evil Les and blaming him for everything that is going wrong in your own life. Pathetic.

He kept on CR as technical director when he was sacked from the role as manager. He has, albeit slowly developed the youth system at QPR. He has increased the number and reputation of BAME coaches - Hall, Furlong, Impey etc He and Warburton have cut our cloth to suit FFP while retaining relative competitiveness. When we sadly sell our prized assets, we will have liquidity while other clubs around us struggle financially he . Not been amazing but decent, for me a B+

When we sadly sell our prized assets, we will have liquidity while other clubs around us struggle financially he . Not been amazing but decent, for me a B+ 1, He recommended the clueless beanie hat as manager to bungle who presided over a farce of a quarter of the season with arguably the strongest squad in the division. 2, personally having black or white coaches means nothing to me. i want coaches who are the best that we can get, not how many different ethnic backgrounds we can put in place. 3 we are operating within ffp because lee hoo's was appointed, he is in charge of all finances and how the club operates. 4, our prized assets are into their last year of contracts, therefore don't expect large sums to be gained. it will all end up like austin's,philips and freemans transfers where we will scrape a couple of mil just because we will get nowt when their contracts run out. i will add a number 5, he even failed at being uncles human shield to divert all the flack that uncle was getting at the time of dofs appointment. which is why bungle has handed the keys over to ruben, amit and to a lesser extent..... hoo's.

Of course, I DID read the article and I stand by my take at it: He is under contract at QPR and I don`t want to lose him. I rate him very highly..(make no mistake about that).

I don’t have all the answers to your questions Hitman. Les has come in obviously inexperienced into the role of DOF of what was a car crash of a club. Sure I would admit Les has dropped the ball a few times bringing in the wrong type of manager and players in a chaotic time, but there ain’t no one that was born that don’t make mistakes. When he was appointed it was probably just as a punch bag to get supporters onside...you would be better to aim your comments at our board who have been inept at best. By a combination of good fortune and some sound input from a more experienced Les we now have Lee Hoos and Warbs who are probably now the main decision makers in all but name. im going for a lay down now as my head hurts.

If players can't agree terms with hull, what chance do shoestring hoops have. Agent,my client would expect 5k a week, club. So would we.

marcus maddison would be an excellent signing. great set pieces and freekicks. i heard though that he has a bit of an attitude problem which is why he's never played much higher than league 1
