Never heard of him is he any good??? Signed for Wigan last season and scored 9 goals in 35 for them. Not a bad return to be fair for a club who have struggled most of the season.

Also scored 21 for Barnsley in League One the previous season.

just checked his stats...
another big lump who avarged 1 goal every 4 games this season.
He has been a journey man playing for forest green, some norwegin club, torquay, barnsley and now wigan.
2mil spunked on this fella has failure written all over it. just my opinion though.

To be honest I think we got an ok deal at that money..probably half the value of what Hugill would cost and similar player in my opinion..I think we will be pleasantly surprised

Could be signing him at the right time (if rumours are true).

Does strike me as bit of odd signing at money quoted as not sure they'll be much resale value after one season unless he really has an explosive one.

I would agree with Wigan fans valuation..easily possible to double our outlay..good solid signing if it happens.
I will even put my head on the block and say he’s better than Hugill.

just a thought....
warburton sold big lump last summer due to him not being suitable to the playing style that mw wants to play.
11 months later, he is about to sign a player who is the same height as big lump and plays a similar way.
why did we just not keep lump and save the 2mil we are about to spend on another lump.?

Wigan and Wales fans seem to rate Kieffer Moore.
My initial thoughts reading up on him was he was a journeyman and a big lump (ala Matt Smith) who probably wasn't worth 2m quid at this stage of his career. I also wondered where at 6ft5 inch centre forward fits into MW's style of play.
The more I read into it, the more I think he could be a late bloomer. Seems he also can play a bit for a big lad.

20-25m with those two sniffing around would be happy with that. we will need a good 15 mil of that to reinvest in the squad. get rid of manning and leistner and that is a bit more money in the pot.

I'm not convinced we'll get more than £15m plus add ons. I'd be happy with that if Hugill came as part of the deal.
