We are soft these days, aren't we? Obviously that's an awful thing for Bonne and his Mrs to go through. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. But people have to go through terrible things, that's life. I wouldn't like to see something like his wife's miscarriages being made some kind of scapegoat for the fact he's consistently underperformed since we signed him. Suppose I'm maybe out of tune with society on this subject a bit. I've never been one to complain about mental health. Everyone gets depressed and most people are a bit mental one way or another. Just get on with it, don't you? Bonne absolutely should not be making those kind of "come and get me" statements to the press though. We've not even got close to our money's worth from the investment the club made in him. He should have enough respect to come back, do a decent pre-season and keep his mouth shut until Beale has decided if he's got a role to play or not. You got any kids ? You have not got a clue. Then you wouldn't unless you have experienced a violent tradgedy first hand!! But then your a tough guy like leighsy until one day the bottom drops out of your world. I hope it doesn't happen to either of you. It stays with you forever however tough you think you are. |

I've lost people close to me. I know how tough it is. All I'm saying is if someone wants to make a success of life they have to learn to deal with the tough things life throws at them.
I bet a ton of footballers have been through similar things and not even made it known to anyone outside of their immediate circle.

Women have miscarriage every day. People die of cancer every day. You me everyone is all going to go through some personal loss. It’s life, we all live we all die. This is true but circumstances,age,how,where sudden,or long all must be taken into consideration. Also how those left deal with the event. I am sure you have heard of ptss ? Death,grief and loss can affect people in very different ways . Wtf Bill you old softie, you. |

Snap stabbed to death at 20 on a Tuesday night in witham, my eldest has had 3 mates stabbed to death and he 25. Half my and Mrs family dead of cancer but it’s how it goes. I could go to the loo in a min and drop dead. Just live your life, if your times up it’s up. Once u dead u got no worries have u.

He never actually said anything negative about QPR to be fair. Only that he didn't feel he'd had much of an opportunity to impress, which is fair.
It's definitely off sending out the come and get me vibes to another club though. Kinda kills his transfer value if we want to sell him. He's basically said in the article there is only 1 club he'll go to and it'll be on a free in a year if we don't want to sell him this season.

Most of the cancers there at end,oh yeah i had to break into her mums house with a mate and she was dead on sofa 6 weeks after retirement.

To me, Bonne is like the packet of fruit pastilles my mum used to buy me. I'd be really excited anticipating her buying some sweets for us. But of course, when i opened the packet, it was very hit and miss what flavour would be revealed in the wrapper. Didn't like the lemon or lime ones, they were too sharp with an after-taste. Orange were much the same, maybe marginally better. Strawberry were tolerable, though artificial in flavour. I only really liked the blackcurrant ones. And that's like Bonne's performances, one in 5 were OK, one in five tolerable, 3 in five a bit meh... |
