Amazing that he didn't try Armstrong from the start, or at least made changes straight after their goal. Watching fucking Dykes up front week in week out sucks the life out of me. Can't look any different from the dugout ffs. I just about had enough now. Poor team selection, and bad game management today from Critchley. Need to improve immediately, or we may soon come to rue the length of his contract. And to think he played the full 90 minutes too. Unfathomable. |

i would even let Dykes go for 1 million
hopefully we would get more but just get rid of him and even if we got a loan or 2 in up front to tread water for next season i would be happy

Critch needs to wake up fast re LD. Suspect he will and would be very surprised if he doesn't. Agree with the posters who say he works best in a 442 but we don't play that formation and can't see Critch changing it to accommodate one player. If he keeps Dykes and brings in another striker then possibly, but unlikely imo. |

A superb fox-in-the-box as well as a proper centre forward with an eye for the goal and possibly the best header of the ball on the planet. Anything under £10 million for this lad would be a steal. Don't hesistate, or someone else will grab him in this window.

Since Hugill left and Dykes came here he has spent around 300 minutes on the pitch for us to score a goal. Hugill has needed about 330 minutes for every goal. Basically they've both been shit. |

I think Dykes is one of those players that has a strangely high re sell value. His perception in the media is better than what he delivers. His scoring for Scotland helps that.
