If you're not we can skip that part and go straight to the part where I admit I think you try too hard to fit in... it's an opinion which you can accept or deny but I'm not going to change my mind either way x genuinely, i don't get what your issue is at times. you make some decent and thoughtful posts but as i've said before you come across as though your opinion is better than everyone elses. it doesn't matter why someone supports the club. i started supporting us when i was 10 or 11 years old as up until that point i was raised a chelsea fan. my priority now and forever is QPR, don't really care too much about chelsea aside from a small soft spot due to my familal connection to them. rather than discussing things you end up attacking posters for their opinion for no reason when they argue back. i honestly don't understand why as this forum has a whole range of opinions which are all valid. |

Yes I do and I suspect that comes from being a late, adult convertee to QPR rather than a child. I've always thought there was something different and odd with his interactions on various message boards over the years and when he admitted he became a fan as an adult that was a Eureka moment for me. Other opinions are available and all that however... Does him being a convertee lesson my respect for his opinions? Not always, no, but I'll take anything he says about QPR in the 70s, 80s and most of the 90s with a pinch of salt and not think they carry much weight. Others may think differently. As for me thinking my opinion is better than any else's? Not at all, I think my opinion is correct - why on Earth would anyone hold opinions they don't think are true??? - but all opinions are like arseholes, everyone has them and I enjoy exchanging them - opinions, not arseholes - regardless of whether or not I'm part of the majority or swimming against the tide alone. |
