i don't get why people do that kind of shit, its cringey as fuck that someone out there is so bothered by a blonde australian that they've taken the time out of their day to make an account dedicated to slagging him off! plus what purpose does it actually serve? do people honestly think its gunna make dykes suddenly go on a scoring run or even bother to try regaining his confidence? utterly pointless Hits liked it though mate. |

He's a converted Rugby League player who started his football career as a CB. Yes, but he surely caught the eye of several managers including the Scotland manager playing as a striker or second striker? Or are you suggesting otherwise? Was he brought in to the scottish national team to play as a striker because they thought he was a terrific CB? |

They don’t want the player they are slagging off to come good. As long as the player carries on in shite form, it allows the fuckwits out there to carry on spouting their shit and getting the thumbs up from other fickwits. If the player does turn it around you won’t hear a peep from them generally, they’ll lie low for a while until the next player comes along who they can get on the back of. For them it’s a way of life and probably not confined to football. |

It might be a bot anyway and not even a real person. A lot of these accounts are created with the sole purpose of sowing division and feeding the algorithm.

I like Dykes but do accept it has not worked out so far with us and his stats are rank bad. Not on twitter myself so do not get why someone would waste their time on this.

The Scottish national team didn't exactly have an an embarrassment of riches up top, plus the goals were in nations league games against opposition who largely weren't at full strength. Since then they've lost their last two nations league games without scoring. With Dykes, as it was with C.Washington, the thing that is missing as a striker is composure. Bonne doesn't have it either. Chair is one sided but he does have composure in the box , which is where he should have been playing for a while.

I've seen him play really well for Scotland and I believe there is a decent player in there.
