We have started to develop players in a new way now. More systematically?? At least this is the impression I get when I hear Warburton speak about our youth policy. Think we still have to be patience as far as results are concerned.

Talking of development was playing football Cranford dome, where youth team train and got their bit early yesterday and youth team were still on pitch. Furlong is a credit to the club and really good representative, you could see the rapport he had with both boys and their parents

I think this Parrot could be a good temporary stop gap until we find a permanent replacement (possibly the Sweaty?)
