Their self confidence is very low because of dominating first halves but still losing. This game was lost when Huddersfield scored an early goal. As will the following games if we don't score first. One win could still change things but it needs to happen really fast.

Much better second half. Good to build on this. But that's is the problem Timmy we dont. Based on season performances so far we are just about where we deserve to be. Problem is I see players not trying to recover,not going the extra mile and a shortage of passion fight and guts all over the pitch. I think without big changes we will be in the mix for relegation,why because the other teams around us seem to have all the attributes that we lack. Whether MW goes or stays I'm not really bothered but something has to change. He does not seem tactically aware and does not have a game plan and plan b just does not exist. If changes are not made I feel relegation is real possibility. |

Well nail and head come to mind,dare I say it he may have lost the dressing room,he certainly does not seem to offer much across the board at the moment. Maybe get his arse off that box and show some interest and instill some motivation into his team,after all that's what he is paid for. |

Of course they don't, that's been apparent for a long time.
Football has changed. You just can't afford to give a failing manager the time these days, because next thing you're in a relegation dogfight.
The writing has been on the wall for a long time under Warburton, they've indulged him, and he should have been sacked a long while ago.
If they really to right the ship the DoF can not avoid responsibility for the terrible appointments he's had a hand in.
Change it now while there's still time. We can not afford complacency.
