Year after year, season after season, derby flout the rules with no penalty. Other teams get fines, get relegated, points deductions, derby.............. nothing. That's why I have absolutely no sympathy for them at all. Not even the fans. |

Apparently it got pushed back as Derby are due to play Boro on Sat, and EFL thought that the case would insight crowd trouble if they were found guilty, as Boro were the leading team behind the investigation. That's why it was delayed but only by a week or so.

Exactly, that's the point. So if the EFL now show themselves to be inequitable over their Derby treatment then you sue the arse off them. |

They made an example of us in order to set a precedent. By then setting a precedent literally the very last thing you do is then not be even-handed when other clubs break the same rules. The EFL have now seen that they(Derby) are capable of taking care of themselves on the pitch that`s why an agreement has been reached at this stage of the season. Quelle surprise! lol.

Bet that was what they were haggling over getting it all one season (when they know prob down) so it don’t effect then season after
