Derby being sued for 46 million by Boro and Wycombe due to Ffl
This item could lead to their removal from the league
As no new buyer wants to take on these court cases or debts
That's why the have no buyers for the club

Because boro chairman has been on a crusade about clubs cheating ffp rules for years and derby beat boro to playoffs by a point 2019

Yes I wondered that so I looked it up and there saying Derby denied them a play off place and a chance to go up to premier league

General rule of thumb is you don't take legal action like that against a company that is insolvent. You can't be compensated with money that they do not have, so you are at risk of running up legal fees for no net gain. In other words, Boro and Wycombe are likely only pursuing this course of action because they would like to see Derby forced out of business. Bit of a dick move if you ask me. Derby have already been punished for their indiscretions. How much do their fans have to endure?

Wycombe on record looking for 6 so it’s 40 for Boro.

Ha ha. Not really talking about on the field stuff DK. I also wouldn't say Derby fans are my favourite. But it ain't right that 1 bad chairman can be allowed to just destroy a club like this. It's always the fans that suffer.

True Tarbs, but most of these clubs and fans would have happily seen us get a points deduction in 2011, and were most likely all laughing, when we got our penalty for overspending. So I find it difficult to feel sorry for them now.

If they go belly up, are all their matches scrubbed from the record for the season to date? If so bad news for us as we got three points off them.

Surely transfer deadline day is the crunch: either they get a buyer in place by then or they just have to organise a massive fire sale of all their player assets, training ground (if they still own it?), the team bus even, whatever they can lay their hands on to raise cash to satisfy the EFL they have enough cash to get to the end of the season - and if they have to play the youth team till May, so be it. Assuming the saleable assets are enough to cover their outgoings for the rest of the season, if not they are probably fooooked.
