Here’s a name for you, now don’t instantly laugh and dismiss the suggestion. Jay Emmanuel Thomas aka JET We’ve got him fit and working hard here at Livingston. You’d get him for nothing and his wages would be minimal. Obviously his mobility lets him down, but he wouldn’t be a bad option as cover within the squad and he’d be good at helping Dykes and the other strikers in training, he does have nice feet. He’d be a cheap option and he’s fit and available RScot you do know he’s played for us before and thus no thanks. Yes that’s why I mentioned him. He’s got ability, he’s just statuesque. But we’ve got him fit and working hard. He wouldn’t be playing or anywhere near our squad if he wasn’t putting in the graft, effort. It was just a suggestion for a cheap option as cover.

I'd rather we pay Livingston to keep him.

He’s actually been in ok form for us of late, scored a few goals recently. But he’s not really suited to the Scottish game.

Ability wise super player but big attitude and chip on shoulder. Not my cup of tea His attitude has been good since he’s been here, he’s worked hard to get himself fit, he puts in the work when he plays, he obviously lacks mobility. As I said, he’s 30 y/o the penny has probably dropped that his attitude needed to change if he was to play at any sort of decent level. All I’m saying is he’d be a cheap option for a 3rd / 4th choice striker.

This is interesting comment on field of true I’ve liked what I’ve seen of Field, I think he’d be a good signing for QPR. Not sure what’s happened with the “appearances” thing, a miscalculation? Or perhaps MW think that Amos can do the job and Field isn’t needed?

I think he’d also be very useful in training for Dykes and the other strikers to learn from.

www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/football-watford-ilias-chair-reports-100521the vultures have already started circling lol. i'm in 2 minds about selling chair tbh. he certainly did an admirable job in stepping up to fill eze's boots but he's certainly not the finished article and was inconsistent at times. on one hand you just know that he should have a great year next season and on the other we could do with the money to bring in players like stefan, field and austin. willock would be the obvious choice to fill the number 10 role but we'd also need to bring in someone else to keep the conveyer belt rolling. difficult choice to make if true!

FFS. This buffoon needs to keep the hell away from social media. In fact, he should keep away from the club. We've been in a much better place without his involvement.

I don't think he's been anywhere near as involved in the last couple of seasons Westy. alledgedly tony was the one to bring austin in on loan. we were after glenn murray prior to that but tony sent a text to charlie asking if he'd be up for coming back lol.

I could see that being true Corbs. Tony was clearly very hands on through of Austin's first stint with the club. But even a broken clock is right twice a day. I stand by my point that the club is in a better position with Fernandes adopting a "hands off" approach.
