Beaten yesterday by a young guy on loan from Watford. Even Barnsley can do it. Same thing against Peterborough, Alan. Beaten by a young pacy striker. Why is it,shit clubs can find quick strikers who can finish but we end up buy the likes of Rob Hulse, the postman and now a farking donkey. |

A club , like Stoke, pretty much nothing to play for goes out and loans a very Good striker. We on the other hand, put all our eggs on Paterson because he will most likely come cheap. Its him or nothing. We are fighting for promotion ffs and we handled this transfer window like we have nothing to play for. It really boils my piss but I predicted this on here in December that the owners would bottle funding for a striker and the January window would be the catalyst for our season. We did not need Jeff Hendrick, we needed a striker. |

Moses deserves a start so happy with that. Wallace has been poor for the last three games so it would have been a Good shout to drop him but alas, he starts. Amos should be starting alongside field for me. Lets see how gormless Hendrick does from the start. Wanting to be proved wrong about him but I doubt it will happen. We will miss Willock big time today. Oh well, come on rangers, lets get those 3points. Do you ever like any of our signings hits? You joking,. Croydon. Do you ever like any of our signings hits? You joking,. Croydon. Jimmy dunne and Willock are my favourite players at the moment. Followed by dickie and Marshall. I love most of our new signings but cannot get my had around loaning a pointless signing and putting him ahead of Amos who was brilliant in January. Yeah treatment of Amos is odd. What the losses to Peterborough and Barnsley have shown is that 2 up from does not work. We should never do that again unless really chasing the game. Amos comes in to solidify the midfield and play one of Willock and chair…..preferably Willock. I’d go Gray as main striker. Johansen and Field as the other 2 with Amos. |

They are rubber stamping a very long stay in this division and decreasing levels of club income as highlighted elsewhere. I think there was a massive financial opportunity which we've blown for want of some shrewd investment and very poor decision making in recent weeks. |

Our recruitment up to January over the last 18 months has been good but that could all be undone by January's faliure to recruit a striker.

So happy with how the club is being run right now but I genuinely believe we missed a massive trick not strengthening up front in January. The stats don’t lie. Our strikers return rate is poor. I think the club need to address Austin's fitness as there is no way we can accept him being in this shape since day one of the season. Extra training, diet and cutting out the talk sport nonsense while we are paying him his wages
