It was a question for anyone who may know the answer Sparks. Anyway I just remembered that Kamarudin stepped down from the board last year, so he is certainly not hands on, despite remaining a majority shareholder. And we all know that Fernandes is no longer hands on either. Which just leaves Gnanalingam, so can only assume that he's the only hands on majority holder... So Uncle and Ruben are by some distance the majority shareholders with Reilly and Amit bringing up the field. I think Reilly may well try and increase his stake - follow the link, particularly post#6.
www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/forum/282816/page:1So in answer to the question it maybe that no one is running the club: Hoos does the daily CEO stuff and Les (God help us) the football. I think it's been like that for a while. I think the board rubber stamp their calls All this could mean they are clearing the decks for a sale, but let's not get ahead of ourselves....... To any prospective buyer.Pros:
- Most centrally located London club
- Decent history
- Decent fanbase
- The only true West London club (criminally untapped marketing there)
- Get competent experienced football people in to run it and who knows the unrealised potential
Cons:- Take on a £20m training ground liability
- Five years' worth of payments on a £17m FFP fine
- £1.8m in losses per month
- Can't move out of a stadium that is strangling you
- Can't spend money on the team to get it promoted

Sack Critchley. Fire Les. Bring in Derry and Hill With Don(f) Warnock as The Godfather... Too late. He's been nabbed. Les preferred Hasslebank to him. I'm also very serious. Getting the fanbase onside is vital. We went to yesterday's game as if we were ascending a scaffold.

To be honest, I’d take anyone just to replace the current clowns in charge. I’d even back my old mum to do a bette job at right back than Laird and Kakay. What the fuck was Kakay doing for the 3rd goal? I’ll run to the near post just to give the Sunderland player loads of space. Did same for Sheffield equaliser few weeks back.

Appalling this was always going to happen Amit also needs to shoulder the blame He is the chairman Gens, Amit is pure window dressing. He holds no actual power as a minority stakeholder. His 'Chairman' title is for optics only.

from a money pov the stadium is neither here nor there, the rights money is way more important. Plus you could spend some money on the team, you just have to bring in players in a much more intelligent way than we have. And where does that 1.8m come from?

Yes I know and not sure where he gets that figure from either.

Probably from the operating loss of 21 million in the latest accounts (2021) Exactly bizarre that some fans seem to think that qpr is some kind of gold mine that isn’t losing serious money month on month which is exactly why I've been saying for months that the current model is unsustainable. However, those accounts cover the worst of the Covid era. I'd say in the last 12 months they've had a pretty good run on what media rights money is available.

Cheers Dk more then I thought it was which is positive but not enough to make any significant difference to running of club.
Compare that to prem tv rights and just shows how unlevel playing field is in England.

Club owners do not buy football clubs To make a profit because most of them Are non profit making organisations
They buy them for ego and advertising How much do they make from other Business ventures due to being related to the club
A fair amount of money
Chelsea losing 60 million a year still There owners arnt moaning are they Its all relative
If any if us are hoping that we will ever be a Profit making organisation then forget it Its not gonna happen Unless the sell more food to Hits foreign students 🤣🤣

Things i would do immediatly if i was chairman
Fire Critchley Appoint Wilder
Change formation to 4-4-1-1 Stop Goals
Look at any free transfers that would help
Go meet the players and give it to them
See how things go after that next game
We need immediate action plan

Cheers Dk more then I thought it was which is positive but not enough to make any significant difference to running of club. Compare that to prem tv rights and just shows how unlevel playing field is in England. which is why the parachute clubs aren't that bothered if they go down again: the prem rights money funds the chute payments and basically stakes the next promotion bid. Our fiscal policy on the other hand has been aimed at some half baked idea of 'sustainability' = loosing serious wedge every month, with only two options on the park: stasis or relegation. Sorry to go on about this but years ago on WATRB I pointed out the dangers of going down this road, ie a purely reactive boom and bust policy. The best hope for the club is regime change. It's the only way out of this mess that I can see. Yes, it could go wrong again, but if we don't ever take risks we never leave the house.
