Warburton wanted out mate. That’s why he played up, didn’t give a shit after January. I really don’t think anyone can accuse Warburton as having a character of not giving a shit he was consummate professional. He fell out with Les and things went wrong it happens. He should still be manager and we would be in better shape. In hindsight he should have stayed and Les gone. I would have to grudgingly agree we would have been in a better place under Warburton.

I think we’d had enough of backwards football. Now looks like we’ve got it again. played some of the most attacking football we have in years under him. Your dementia clearly accelerating if you can’t recall it or are just to stubborn to admit as you see your error now in wanting him out.

We had a great January, got us right up there even though we needed a striker to push on and he fucked it up. His attitude changed completely, boring, shit interviews to match the boring square game we played after that. No one wants a dinosaur but he was arrogant, intransigent and heading for being exactly that.

You just did rewrote history suggesting all he played was sideways football and offering no acknowledgement he played some good stuff. I must have dreamt the period of BOS, Eze, Wells, Chair, Willock, when we went on a club record of scoring in consecutive games.
Anyway be happy you got what you wanted and things are so much better 😁 you were spot on 👍🏽

Where are the board? Not that tube Hoos but the actual owners. Show us you lot give a shit or at least come out and address what is going on next season and beyond.

need to focus on getting rid of the dof and his yank sidekick. they are the rot at our club In any normal well run business their decisions and actions would be accountable to the board. For some mysterious reason this does not happen at QPR FC. I keep asking why this is but nobody seems to have the answer. So I can only put it down to sheer ineptitude and incompetence at boardroom level. When Clive interviewed Les the other day he asked him straight out "Have you considered your position?" But the real question is why do the board never consider it whilst they keeping pumping millions into the club each year just to keep it afloat?

My pal was in the directors box yesterday. Sitting 2 rows in front of Les, Hoos etc and behind them was the owner. Can’t remember his name.
He said they all looked absolutely furious. Hoos throwing his arms up & berating things on the pitch (rightly so) Seems like the rot has set in and the pressure could be mounting on them.
He said when the game was over a fan in the same area shook the owners hand and said ‘you need to sort this it’s not acceptable’ to which the owner said ‘we have sorted it we’ve got a new manager’ the fan said ‘you picked the wrong man I’m afraid’ cue silence.
I think they’re starting to realise Neil Critchley wasn’t the smartest appointment. He may have the badges but that doesn’t mean he has the character, experience or man management to succeed unfortunately.

The players have to wake up because to my knowledge there simply aren`t any shamans or (medicine men for that matter) with badges available at the moment. Besides, Beale wasn`t their daddy was he? Just my opinion...

Just my opinion... I agree. It's no coincidence our form has plummeted since his departure despite his last few games being poor. I just think they really bought into him & he effectively fucked them over. Their heads are on the floor and It's gonna take something out the ordinary to turn it around as every game that passes with a loss is just making the situation for everyone, the manager, owners, players & fans worse. The players need to come together and sort them fucking selves out tbh.

New DOF, New Manager, New Head of Recruitment.
I’m going to suggest Hitman for all of the above posts as he has the happy knack of spotting a lemon instantly and not being afraid the first to say so.
I.e
Critchley being a gormless manager.
Les being a fraud.
Dykes being a Donkey.

Not true James. That run of three brilliant away wins on the trot under the wart-man that started with Millwall away, then BC, then SU, were Dykes free.

Nothing will change for the better while we have the current ownership, structure and people in place. This is like a painfully slow death and every single fan is going through it. This lot took over a PL side and have somehow taken us to where we are now.

Ramsey, Hall, Les, Critchley and his staff all need to go. Hoos too. Radical clear out is the only way forward. We all know that’s what should happen Hubble but realistically can you see our owners doing that? I would also question wether it’s too much upheaval at this crucial point now for the owners to jettison both Hoos and Ferdinand as Gangoolie is clearly not hands on? Which leaves Fernandes and Kamarudin. Are either of those hands on? (I'm not including Bhatia because he's a minority holder).

From my point of view if I was Gangoolie why would I have a dog and bark for him, Flavio said similar about coaches in the four year plan.

Anyway I just remembered that Kamarudin stepped down from the board last year, so he is certainly not hands on, despite remaining a majority shareholder. And we all know that Fernandes is no longer hands on either. Which just leaves Gnanalingam, so can only assume that he's the only hands on majority holder...

So Uncle and Ruben are by some distance the majority shareholders with Reilly and Amit bringing up the field. I think Reilly may well try and increase his stake - follow the link, particularly post#6.
www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/forum/282816/page:1So in answer to the question it maybe that no one is running the club: Hoos does the daily CEO stuff and Les (God help us) the football. I think it's been like that for a while. I think the board rubber stamp their calls All this could mean they are clearing the decks for a sale, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.......
