If that’s the standard of teams interested in Masterson does suggest we as fans may have over hyped him Personally would keep him as squad player next season but I don’t really see him as good enough to play week in week out That's what I base things on as well. Even for players we are linked with. If we are fighting L1 teams for a player then he probably isn't that great. If others in the league are going for him, then he's probably half decent. Not sure I’m entirely happy with the idea we should be going by what others think. We should have our own scouts and opinions of who is good/can develop and who we want, not look at what others are doing. We’ll always be off the pace if we do that. |

You reckon is Eustace then Al? Yes, doesn’t add up why he’s still here if it’s not him. Plus it adds up for me what I overheard about him pissing off MW by agreeing with DOF we needed a striker. People picked up on a change after Jan and assumed it was the dressing room - maybe it was the staff, Les and MW? MW only said he didn’t want to leave AFTER he’d gone which is just stirring up mischief. I hope it’s wrong and I hope we get someone good but this is QPR so nothing surprises. |
