Odds on Beale have hugely shortened this afternoon. Probably people lumping on cos there are a lot of clues pointing to it. I mean, that visit up to Glasgow the other week for a game doesn't look good.
To be honest, if Beale starts batting his eyelids like he did with Wolves, he should go. Can't have this type of speculation every time a bigger club sacks their Manager. I'm sure Beale's response to the Wolves speculation is a big factor in why our form has gone out the window.
I really like the bloke, but our current situation is a akin to dating a girl who's too fit for you, and flirts with other fellas in front of you on a night out!

I suppose his thinking would go, be successful up there, win a few trophies, develop a player or two and be offered a plum job down south. What I think will happen in reality is he will go there, fail with Rangers because they are streets behind Celtic and just end up taking another job similar to the one he is in now in 18/24 months. I’ve said it so many times to people, you could score 500 goals a season, get 150 league points, record attendances, but if you finish one point behind Celtic, no one gives a fuck. Shit move but he seems infatuated with them. Perfect time for him to slip out the back door as well with the distraction of no league games, no cameras in your face and the World Cup going on in the background |

Yeah, I'm over all this now. Seems he's interested. Seems Les and the club are as non-plussed about it as all the fans. Rightfully so too.
Beale can do one if all this is true. Less than impressed myself about the way he handled the Wolves approach. This situation (if what we read is true) cements my thoughts that MB is a bit of A weasel and has always had his eyes on the next job.
Shame really. I genuinely believed before the Wolves approach that he was here for a few seasons at least. I also think his career is better served here than up at Rangers.
