Apparantly he is a great coach though plays 4-3-2-1 formation Hard press very / Very energetic No more 3 at the back or wingbacks chaps The king is dead long live the Beale It’s the ‘1’ that worries me😁

Just out of interest the plus points are ? All his appointments have been at big successful clubs so has a winning mentality. Previous connections at other clubs could work in our favour regarding loans and also other clubs due to his reputation. Beale fits the club profile regarding improving our youngsters. Players and managers publicly praising his coaching methods. Listening to his videos his approach to formations are flexible to suit the players at his disposal. Hes young and obviously ambitious to progress. His interviews are not full of cliches. Only time will tell not sure we have the players to play a high tempo pressing game.

On the evidence of last season not fit enough so that will be a massive improvement if he gets them fitter.

I’d be more inclined to agree if it was an inspired appointment not a desperate one. If he was the target he’d have been here when Warburton went. Seems most football contracts run to June, so suspect that explains the delay/silence/apparent inactivity...

I wish him the very best of luck and hope he succeeds and the D.O.F gets him the players he will need.

Think i need to adjust my ambition as we will probably never be a top seven or eight premier league club again in my lifetime. The best we can hope for is a top six championship club going forward of which i do not think we will get next season now either. Glad i was able to see Qpr as they were though a club on par with Tottenham / West Ham / Arsenal and Chelsea at one point for 10 years in 1980 s As some supporters will never see this again possibly and ever know how it feels to go to these clubs and beat them. We will probably never reach these heights again i feel with the current owners and dof as they are happy being a very average football club. I always thought that we could be a top club again up to this year but its just a pipe dream that will never happen. We will be a championship club with good values politically correct but with no silverware in the cupboard most fans are happy with this now it seems This is the future of Qpr. I get frustrated too mate but any owner is constrained by FFP…..especially for a club our size, with our income. I think to progress we need to take some risks and think out of the box. I’ve no idea about how this will turn out but this is certainly more out of the box than appointing Ainsworth or Robinson. Neither of which are an improvement on Warburton.

Could be a really shrewd appointment, this one.
And it’s certainly a pleasant change from simply looking around at who’s failed elsewhere recently and been sacked for it.
Sick of the same names keep getting all the managerial jobs. He’ll obviously have to learn on the hoof, but no reason to suggest he can’t.

Hopefully turns out to be our Steve Cooper Cooper and Beale both worked at Liverpool as did Chrutchley at Blackpool and both them play good football. Chritchley was my first choice but hopefully the new guys does even better

What we've got here is Tactician. There is no proof yet he's a Manager. The world is full of people in every walk of life that understand the theory behind something impeccably, but are better suited to playing a back up role.
I'm not saying that this is 100% the case with Beale, but it's certainly a very big roll of the dice. He's a guy that has neither managed or played football at any sort of decent level as I understand it. It really will be interesting to see how he fairs with managing and motivating players.
I'd also speculate that it puts a lot of pressure on Les to run transfers. That is also a disaster waiting to happen in my opinion.
