Kelman was one of those undisclosed fees and as such, nobody other than the player, his agent and representatives of the 2 clubs involved will every really know. It was never 1m quid up front though. Not a chance.

£200k plus add-ons and a small salary is fair enough for a roll of the dice on a rated youngster (as Kelman was), in my opinion mate. Let's be honest, it's no more expensive over the course of the contract than a roll of the dice on a free transfer on genuine first team money.

Lots of rumours on Twatter, saying he's going/gone on a 2 year contract at Orient.
But also Ainsworth reported as saying, "...the striker's recent absence from the QPR squad is due to rotation and that he remains part of his plans..."
I guess we'll find out one way or the other in the next day or two.

i've always been of the mindset that younger players need to be given time to develop but kelman hasn't kicked on with us or any of his loans.
fair enough he's only 21 but 7 goals out on loan at a team that won the league isn't a good return and i haven't really seen enough from kelman to be impressed.
if he'd been getting into positions at least and looking like a threat without scoring then i'd have a completely different opinion but he's done neither in the 20 or so appearences he's had with us.
maybe he'll develop at a lower league team and come good eventually but we don't have the time for that.
