Hoos announced the early bird yet? He wants the fans to do it for him.

Empathise with him. Inherited a shit situation that would have tested most managers. Will be interesting to see who comes next. If it’s someone like Ainsworth I can’t help feeling that’s a decision to placate fans. if he’s had decent pay off he’s probably glad to be out of it. Warburton,Beale…something not right behind scenes.

It is now confirmed that Neil Critchley holds the title of the worst qpr manager of all time.
A win percentage of 8.1 Paul hart was 12.9 Mick Harford was around 12 or 13.
Anyway, congrats, Neil

Beale is a cunt but he is not a fool so definitely more to him going than we know.

Feel sorry for him as he seems a decent bloke but in all honesty he clearly couldn't work out a system that suited the players or vice versa. Clear disconnect between him and the squad and therefore he's rightly out the door.

Should have just kept Warburton and kept building slowly. But his exit was supposed to make us so much better! TOLD YOU SO 😁 only teasing. We can’t afford to get this one wrong or we will no doubt be paying for three managers at same time which we can’t afford. Think a few of us were arguing this point but it didn't go down well at the time!

Warburton had to go. Mistake hiring Beale, and Critch. Should have gone with a foreign experienced coach instead, imo. Easy in hindsight, I know.

The QPR chief executive CEO Lee Hoos said: “It is hugely disappointing to have to make such a decision so early into Neil’s tenure with the club. However, after seeing the team slip from playoff contenders to one being drawn into a relegation battle, the board felt it had to act. There is no doubt Neil inherited a difficult situation and we would like to acknowledge his superb work ethic and professionalism throughout. He is a fantastic man and we have no doubts he will go on to be a success elsewhere, just as he was at Blackpool.” The director of football Les Ferdinand added: “Unfortunately, things have not worked out how any of us would have liked. As we enter into a critical stage of the season, we understand the need for a swift appointment to be made. “Stability is key to the success of a football club and this season has presented challenges which have denied us that stability. Statements like this causes the lines to be blurred. Why does Lee (financial matters) Hoos feel compelled to comment on "football matters"

Clear disconnect between him and the squad and therefore he's rightly out the door. I'm sure he was but he screamed weak to me. Weak, meek, inexperienced, not a big character and looked like a rabbit in the headlights. Great he had badges but badges don't man manage players or matches unfortunately.

Why does Lee (financial matters) Hoos feel compelled to comment on "football matters" Because the club is a shambles and people are allowed to get above their station with absolutely no repercussions as there is zero leadership from above them. A board that doesn’t have any involvement, a ceo who thinks he’s a football guy, a dof who wants to be top boy but is on the back of 8 years of failure, a youth set up that don’t produce any players of first team standard and a squad littered with another managers loan players and the rest made of glass. It is an absolute mess and no one is held accountable for it other than whoever the poor bastard is in the “head coach” gillet.

Full of bullshit and he out bullshitted the bullshitters Hoos and Ferdinand I'd say he pulled their pants down and then guided Critchley through the interview process and guess what they got their pants pulled down again.

Maybe NC demanded 3 and half years and LF got shafted again trying to protect himself.
Beale was the voice in the background saying go on take him again he is easy.

Critchley today signed a 4 year contract with Blackpool, does that mean a less expensive pay off due from us now?

Really liked him and was shocked to watch how badly that squad let him down. Wish the bloke the best of luck for the season ahead.
