mike garrity as assistant too. had him a few times as a coach on football manager and he always had good stats there.
speaking of which i just remembered that i pointed out that the eel was a snake as he was my assistant on football manager before but ended up abandoning me like the hagfish he is.

Taking over a pretty decent squad. Know next to nothing about him so will need to work Him out so have no initial thoughts.

overall he could be a very good appointment, i wanted him here initially during the summer. hopefully his move to villa was purely too good to turn down financially and now he's ready to kick on.
very good coach, i think the players will warm to him.

Excellent. Had to meet a release clause and agree deal with the guy from Lincoln too so sort of goes some way to explain a longer than expected process. Hopefully forget about today and move forward. Good luck lads

I am, personally, happy with the appointment & hopefully we can try to get back on track now as (like you say) we looked woeful yesterday & I thought the players all looked lower than a snakes belly.
